Legacy High School will serve as a new voting location for voters in Precinct 90 during the Primary Election on August 18, 2026, according to St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker.
The school, located at 14505 Crosstown Parkway in Port St. Lucie, will serve voters who live north of Crosstown Parkway in the Tradition area.
Precinct 90 voters previously cast ballots at Tradition Town Hall, which is Precinct 89. Since the 2024 General Election, the voter population in the area has grown, prompting the Supervisor of Elections Office to search for an additional voting site.
Walker said the office worked with the St. Lucie County School District to secure Legacy High School as the new precinct location.
"We are grateful to the School District and Legacy High School for their commitment to serving this community," the Supervisor of Elections Office said.
The office said it is still searching for an Early Voting site to serve Tradition's rapidly growing population. Officials said the addition of Legacy High School as a precinct location is intended to help reduce Election Day wait times and ease pressure on Early Voting at the Paula A. Lewis Library.
Voters in Precinct 90 will receive mailed notifications from the Supervisor of Elections Office about the change to their assigned voting location.
