A Costco in Stuart reopened Friday with limited services after an electrical fire forced the store to close Thursday afternoon. The store at 3173 S. Kanner Highway is now open but only dry goods are available for purchase because the refrigeration unit remains non-operational, according to the Stuart Police Department.
