82-year-old Melbourne man dies in crash on I-95 in Port St. Lucie
An 82-year-old Melbourne man died Friday afternoon when his 2002 Jeep Wrangler left northbound Interstate 95 in Port St. Lucie and struck a tree in the median, the Florida Highway Patrol said Saturday. The crash took place beyond Mile Marker 116 south of Southwest Gatlin Boulevard and north of Southwest Becker Road at 3:17 p.m. Friday.
