Flock license plate cameras aid search for Vero Beach homicide person of interest
Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers took reporters inside the agency's Real Time Crime Center on Monday, where analysts are using Flock license plate cameras to search for 33-year-old Matthew Waggle. Waggle has not been charged but was identified as a person of interest after a 52-year-old woman was found shot near her home Sunday
