Average home insurance premiums in Indian River County fell from $4,453 in January 2026 to $4,334 in July 2026, a decrease of 2.7 percent, according to the July 2026 Property Insurance Stability Report from Florida's Insurance Commissioner. The decrease was the largest among Treasure Coast counties.
