The left lane of I-95 southbound is blocked in Martin County Tuesday morning due to roadway debris, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The blockage is on I-95 southbound near mile marker 101, before the SR-76/Kanner Highway exit in Stuart.
The highway was shut down for at least an hour before partially reopening, according to FL511.
