Port St. Lucie residents question why tornado alerts arrived late or never came at all
Some Port St. Lucie residents said they received tornado alerts too late or never received them at all after an EF-0 tornado touched down Sunday evening. Aron Christiansen said his alert came in at 6:28 p.m., six minutes after the tornado had already passed his home. Neighbor Theresa Garone said she never received an alert.
