Tornado moves through Port St. Lucie neighborhood on Hurricane Andrew anniversary
Marlene Torres was celebrating her birthday in Jensen Beach Sunday night before returning home to find the storm had moved through her Port St. Lucie neighborhood. Her birthday fell on Monday, August 24, which is also the anniversary of Hurricane Andrew. Her home was not damaged, but she needed an electrician to fix her meter.
