A 28-year-old Vero Beach woman and her 38-year-old boyfriend in Michigan are facing child sex abuse charges following a joint Internet Crimes Against Children investigation that began with a cybertip and led to arrests in both states within hours, the Indian River County Sheriff's Office and Van Buren County Sheriff's Office said Friday.
