Martin County deputies arrested 18-year-old Cedric Lenard Culver of Fort Pierce after finding him asleep in a stolen car at Treasure Coast Square mall with stolen credit cards and documents inside.
A search of the vehicle uncovered multiple stolen credit and bank cards along with personal information documents belonging to other people.
