Port St. Lucie Mayor Shannon Martin says infrastructure remains a top priority for the city, pointing to several recently approved projects along Gatlin Boulevard aimed at improving traffic flow, roadway conditions and safety.
In a community email, Martin highlighted three projects along the busy corridor that were approved by the Port
