Port St. Lucie residents can show off their Halloween displays this October as the city brings back its Spooktacular House & Yard Decorating Contest for a third year.
Entries open Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. and close Oct. 29 at midnight. The contest is free to enter and is open to Port St. Lucie residents with exterior Halloween decorations visible
