A truck carrying cement rolled over Saturday on Orange Avenue in Fort Pierce, spilling its load across the road and blocking all lanes, according to deputies. The crash happened in the 21000 block of Orange Avenue and resulted in a complete closure of the roadway as crews worked to clear the spilled cement from all lanes.
