Vero Beach Council Gives Three Corners Developers Fourth Extension, Sets Dec. 8 Deadline

The Vero Beach City Council has approved a fourth extension for ClearBlue, the developer negotiating the Three Corners project, giving the company until Dec. 8 to reach an agreement on financing and lease terms or risk the city reconsidering the deal entirely.
