Leon County probe: CBP agents at polling site tried to vote, not enforce

Leon County election officials and the FBI have concluded that Customs and Border Protection agents seen near an early voting site this week were mistakenly trying to vote before leaving the state, not conducting an immigration enforcement action. A separate incident involving an armed arrest near a Key Largo polling place remains under
