St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office Detective Tyler A. Horstman was arrested Monday, Oct. 26, on a charge of DUI causing serious bodily injury to another after an off-duty crash in Vero Beach while driving an agency vehicle. Horstman turned himself in to the Indian River County jail Monday afternoon, according to the sheriff’s office.
