Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers showed how the agency's Real Time Crime Center is using Flock license plate cameras as investigators search for 33-year-old Matthew Waggle. Waggle has not been charged in the killing. Deputies identified him as a person of interest after a 52-year-old woman was found shot near her home Sunday
