Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers credited automated license plate readers and the sheriff's office real-time crime center with helping investigators track a suspect in a Vero Beach homicide across state lines.
Matthew Allen Waggle, 33, was accused of fatally shooting 52-year-old Dawn Kriskewic. Investigators said the case
