Indian River County creates Attainable Housing Trust to support development
The Indian River County Commission voted unanimously August 4 to approve a landmark Attainable Housing Trust that will operate under the guidelines of the State Housing Initiatives Partnership program and will encourage the use of surplus county-owned lands to more effectively support attainable housing developments in the county.
