A school bus driver in Indian River County was arrested Thursday on a child abuse charge following an investigation into an incident involving a student on a school bus, according to the Indian River County Sheriff's Office.
Tracy Marie Alpy, 65, of Sebastian, was charged with one count of child abuse and was being held without bond,
