The political committee backing Amendment 3, which would raise Florida's homestead tax exemption, took in an $18 million cash infusion in September, according to newly disclosed campaign finance records. The two committees opposing the amendment raised a combined $680,000, giving supporters a spending advantage of more than 26 to 1.
