The Port St. Lucie City Council has approved three major site plans for development in Southern Grove, the city's growing jobs corridor in western Port St. Lucie, including a long-awaited Costco retail store. "This is something that we have been looking forward to for a long time," said Scott Samples with the City of Port St. Lucie.
