Vero Beach woman shot dead in roadway; Indian River County authorities search for Sebastian man nationwide
A 52-year-old woman died Sunday morning after being shot in the roadway in the 500 block of 1st Street in Vero Beach, and the Indian River County Sheriff's Office is searching nationwide for 33-year-old Matthew Allen Waggle of Sebastian as a person of interest in what investigators are treating as a domestic violence homicide.
